INTERNSHIP OFFER: INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

6-month Internship | From January/ February/ March/ April 2025 for 6 months | Paris area | Master 1 or 2 | 1700€ monthly | Many opportunities

Are you passionate about Project Management? At L’Oréal, the Development teams orchestrate the launch of a new product, working closely with the Marketing and Packaging Engineering teams, suppliers, Purchasing, Supply, laboratories and factories. From the management of the project to the launch of new products, the Development teams integrate consumer needs and sustainable growth objectives, taking into account cost, quality, lead times, innovation and environmental issues.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

  • Participate in the development of new designs (color, graphic chain…).
  • Coordinate with Marketing teams, laboratories, Packaging teams, Purchasing teams, factories and many other actors in the product lifecycle.
  • Think differently and innovate to bring a strong added value to product design.
  • Ensure that the definition, cost, timing and environmental impact of the product launch are respected.
  • Carry out cross-functional projects (value analysis, optimization of operational processes and the graphic chain, etc.).
  • And above all, innovate, go further: leave your mark on this internship!


YOU ARE…
  • A Master student (Engineering school / University) - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
  • Fluent in French and English is a plus
  • Convincing. You explain your ideas clearly, based on sound reasoning.
  • Entrepreneurial. You like to try new things and discover new ways of doing!
  • Team player. You have excellent interpersonal skills and easily find your place in a team.
  • Open-minded. You exchange your ideas and integrate the opinions of others in order to find the optimal solution.
  • Creative. You like to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
  • Data champion. Working with data holds no secrets for you!


WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the application - And If your CV is selected , you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. The recruiter you meet with will be getting to know you better so they can capture the métier, division, brand and finally the mission in which you will be able to better express your potential.

2°/ Finally, you will get a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!

Chez L’Oréal, les équipes Développement sont les chefs d’orchestre du lancement d’un nouveau produit en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes Marketing, les Ingénieurs Packaging, les fournisseurs, les Achats, la Supply, les laboratoires ou encore les usines. Du gestion du projet à la mise en vente des nouveaux produits, les équipes Développement intègrent les besoins des consommateurs et les objectifs de croissance durable en prenant en compte des enjeux de coøts, de qualité, d’innovation, de délai et environnementaux

CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ APPRENDRE :

Participer au développement de nouveaux produits et aux rénovations de produits existants
Participer au développement de nouveaux décors (couleur, chaine graphique…)

Travailler en coordination avec les équipes Marketing, les laboratoires de formulation, les équipes Packaging, les Achats, les Usines et de nombreux autres acteurs

Penser différemment et innover pour apporter une forte valeur ajoutée dans la conception du produit

Veiller au respect de la définition, du coøt, du timing et de l’impact environnemental du lancement de produit

Mener des projets transverses (analyse de la valeur, d’optimisation des processus opérationnels et de la cha î ne graphique … )
