The Finance team of the L’Oréal Paris International Brand Management is in charge of the financial framework and related costs of all projects developed by the teams (marketing, industrial development, market research, merchandising), as well as the re-invoicing of costs to all L’Oréal Paris entities worldwide, in line with the budget and latest trends.

The apprentice will be integrated within this Finance team.

The apprentice will have the opportunity to directly follow the financial management of a large international brand.

Missions :

Image rights controlling for L’Oréal Paris

- Management of the database for all the usage rights that we buy directly from production agencies, photographers, musics, influencers, etc…

- Management of the AdHoc usage rights budget (1M/year)

- Follow-up of the Launching Plans directly with the Haircolor team of the DMI (recovery of the range boards identified with the models/photographers + the user countries). Then follow up the purchase of packaging rights with McCann agency

- Follow-up of the database file with all the McCann quotes (check and automatic loading of quotes in our purchase order management tool)

- Follow-up of rights for all the shootings organized by the Digital teams (social networks, etc)

- OPERA platform (for all images, videos/motions and music assets)

- Creation of all rights information: a daily close collaboration with the prestataire in UK and all the Content & Campaign DMI teams managing the creation and content of assets at the L’Oréal Paris International Brand Management.

- Live responses to countries requesting image rights extensions.

- Follow up on the termination of Spokesperson contracts with McCann via a tracking file, and inform the countries
