Within this dynamic, renewing and transformative environment, you will be reporting to the Beauty Tech Worldwide Controller. You will be part of the Finance IT department at a Group level and have international stakeholders.
What a day in the life of the Master Data Manager looks like:
Master Data Management is the backbone of Data Quality and Data driven decision making and is integrated within the Beauty Tech Corporate Finance Team
K ey requirements and deliverables:, automation and streamlining of our Masterdata , data accuracy and consistency, development of effective visualization interfaces to aid decision making
Details of the mission:
- Ensure accurate Beauty Tech master data across multiple systems (F4T, Compass, SAP, NEO, etc.. )
- Project codes (OPEX + CAPEX) management and creation
- Management of referentials (BU/currencies/P&L Lines, BN…)
- Project roadmaps coordination with other stakeholders: CIO office/PMO/Project Leads, etc..
- Creation, Management and Maintenance of user rights and profiles
- Management and maintenance of reverse flows F4T to Service Now
- Run data quality analysis with specific reports on Actuals/Trends/Budgets
- Drive the data visualization in P ower-BI
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing reports and management packs
- Developing Mock-ups for new Reports
- Validate new report Mock-ups and implement in PBI production
- Coordinate data transfers F4T to GCP
- Maintain interface with HIP (F4T-> GCP, F4T-> Compass) in cooperation with the IT Team in charge of HIP/Run
- Manage Technical Communication flows with worldwide Beauty Tech community

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
- Degree in either Business/Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Computer Sciences..
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Professional English proficiency
- Proven track record (2-4 years) in IT, Data, Audit or Finance Department, preferably in a Tech environment
- Strong rigor , process and internal control minded with attention to details
- Excellent Communication skills , reliable and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high performing team
- Willing to assist as well as to challenge
- Understanding of Data and Technology - Excel proficiency is a must
- At ease in operating in a constantly transforming environment
- ( Ideally Microsoft PBI certified)
