Main Missions :

The intern’s mission will be to support the entire R&I Department team:

  • Development of Power BI dashboards for visualizing and analyzing IP data ;
  • Use of AI L’Oréal internal tools and technologies for IP analysis and management ;
  • Close collaboration with IT team for implementation
  • Implementation and testing of AI prototypes ;
  • Development of introductory materials and presentations to increase team familiarity with new AI and Power BI tools ;
  • Collaboration with the data team on data strategy and best practices.


In this position, the intern will develop :

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, particularly using Power BI, to create clear and concise dashboards and reports ;
  • Practical experience with AI technologies applied to intellectual property data analysis, such as natural language processing and machine learning ;
  • Skills in programming (Python/R/SQL) and database management for data manipulation and analysis ;
  • Development of communication and collaboration skills, including presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, and teamwork with IT and data teams ;
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of intellectual property management and the importance of data for strategic decision-making.
