The harmonization and continuous improvement of business tools and associated processes is a priority for all France teams in the service of creating value for the business, our customers and our employees. The Lead IT France applications package includes all the uses of the different sales forces in order to ensure end-to-end for the key user.

What a day in the life of the O+O IT France team looks like:

- Be the IT FR Group and local applications referent:

  • Understands how they work and how they interact:
    • Kepler Sales
    • LPS/LDBPS
    • MyDemand - Ask
    • Ophone
    • Comerso
    • Simplifield
    • Storelocator
    • Collaboration Card
  • Manage the lifecycle of its applications: deployment, evolutions, new needs
  • Integrate new applications and projects related to its bouquet
  • Manage the relationship with suppliers: animations, budget, resource allocations


- Identify, evaluate and integrate the needs of France in the IT EU roadmap:
  • Link common needs/best practices
  • Help prioritise projects and tracks them in the IT EU roadmap
  • Visibility on developments and releases


- Support and facilitate the use of clients and employees:
  • Specifie the gap analysis of Zone/Global apps vs needs France, addresses them and offers local solutions


- Coach and manager 2 consultants:
  • Follow-up of actions taken
  • Ensure the successful completion of missions and timings
  • Assessment of load and skill development


- Create/resume the animation of the tribe by application:
  • Lead format and recurrence to set up for sharing with contacts Transfo FR, Business FR and IT EU
  • Help for good cooperation and communication within the tribes


- Engage your expertise, communication and proactivity to carry out your role as lead Omnisales Tools Sales Force

  • Manage effective interactions with internal and external contributors to gain their support

  • Organise at your level the relevant transfer of technical and/or project management skills and know-how
  • Clarifie and simplifie technical concepts/solutions to facilitate action and decision-making
  • Take change management and communication initiatives to facilitate solution implementation and user satisfaction
  • Knowledge of project management and methodologies: L’Oréal project management, definition of project steps and tools to implement action plans
  • Seek to gain new knowledge about IT solutions and is constantly updated on technological opportunities and market trends in its field
