Expert in ADME/PBPK - Shape the Future of Beauty, Champion Product Safety

Are you a passionate ADME/PBPK scientist with a proven experience in accompanying ingredient/product development? Do you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment where scientific excellence meets real-world impact? If so, L’Oréal has an exciting opportunity for you!

Join our Worldwide Safety Evaluation (WSE) team as a Senior ADME Assessor and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the beauty products loved by millions around the globe. Based in our modern and agile Clichy, France office, you will collaborate with a diverse team of experts across France, the US, and China, working closely with Regulatory, Claim Substantiation, and Microbiology teams. Together, you’ll ensure the safety of innovative beauty products developed by our industry-leading Research and Innovation organization.

Make a Global Impact:
Lead the Way in Safety Assessment: Contribute to the development and implement ADME/PBPK technologies as tools of New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) to characterize exposure in order to conduct safety assessment according to Next-Generation Risk Assessment (NGRA).
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner closely with our Research and Innovation labs and stakeholders to assess innovative ingredients and future products, beyond traditional cosmetic products.
Navigate complex Regulatory Landscapes: Contribute to innovative safety strategies for defense and/or registration of ingredients according to international regulations and environmental factors in a dynamic and competitive market.
Stay at the Forefront of Science: Monitor toxicological and scientific literature, share and disseminate your expertise and knowledge across the organization.
Be a L’Oréal Ambassador: Represent L’Oréal in scientific organizations (e.g., OECD, HESI-ILSI, ICCS, EPAA…), workshops, industry task forces (Professional associations) as well as regulatory scientific committees, in advocating for our safety strategies on a global scale.

Qualifications:
• PhD and/or Master’s degree in ADME including PBPK modelling.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ADME including in silico/in vitro methods, in the use of PBPK models in regulatory safety assessment in industry (chemicals, cosmetics, drugs, biocides, food, etc.) and/or regulatory agencies. Experience across multiple sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
