Bramble Ski, Part of Le Collectionist are looking for a Collection Manager & Business Developer Assistant in Switzerland and Austria. 

As a Collection Management and Business Developer Assistant, your mission will be to assist the Revenue Manager in their activities concerning the Swiss and Austrian portfolios. You will play a key role in supporting the sourcing, management and optimization of high-end properties. You will conduct market research, track local trends and analyse data to inform strategic decisions. Assisting the team with identify new properties, prepare sales materials and manage relationships with property owners and partners. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the processes, ensuring property listings are up to date and coordinating property visits. 

Additionally, you will contribute to revenue optimization by monitoring key performance indicators and developing action plans to enhance profitability. Ensuring compliance with local regulations, supporting administrative tasks and assisting in training initiatives will also be part of your role. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing and Operations.

• Fluent in English and French, a third language is a plus.
