Bramble Ski part of Le Collectionist are looking for high-level ski instructor with a flair for customer service to join our teams next winter in Switzerland, Austria and France as Ski Instructor Concierge (BSP).

Our Ski Instructor Concierge act as private ski instructors for guests, as well as a concierge for the duration of their stay - booking restaurants, ski hire, and lift passes etc.

You will meet and greet the guests upon their arrival and be available to answer their calls and requests between 8 am and 9 pm every day of the booking. You will also see the guests off at the end of their stay.

Depending on the particular booking you may find yourself teaching a group from 2 to 10 persons for two days and often all week.

We are affiliated with ski schools in each resort and therefore you will have the opportunity to pick up extra lessons when not required by Bramble Ski or Haute Montagne.

The position is a richly rewarding role which will be demanding at times, meaning candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to work well in a team, and also alone, using their initiative to think ahead.

• Ski Instructor Concierges are normally experienced and ISIA accredited and are able to supply qualification paperwork. Carte Pro required for Bramble Ski Pro role in France

• Must be able to display great customer service through previous job roles in the hospitality sector

• Have an ability to react to calls and request handling situations

• Be the go-to person for resort knowledge and what’s on offer

• A good understanding of both spoken and written French/German will also be seen favourable. Other language skills are also an asset

• We expect you to be resourceful and able to think on your feet, adapting to constantly changing surroundings and situations
