Descriptif du poste

Le Mans Endurance Management is specialized in motorsport championships organisation all over the world, especially the FIA World Endurance Championship, the European Le Mans Series (ELMS), Michelin Le Mans Cup (MLMC) and Ligier European Series (LES).

Main missions on site:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival to the venue and promoting the ELMS championships

  • Selling and preparing accreditation/car pass on site

  • Assisting and informing the stakeholders (teams, partners, service providers) with inquiries regarding the event.

  • Supporting the ELMS organization during the starting and podium procedures

  • Setting up and dismantling work areas

  • Maintaining a tidy and organized lobby area


Profil recherché

Skills:

  • Experience in event coordination

  • Strong collaboration skills connecting with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Comfortable with political relationships

  • Requirement for details and well-done job

  • Highly organized

  • Stress management

  • Team work

Fundamental:

  • Fluency in French and English is essential

  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to various situations

  • Autonomy and discipline in work

  • Lively and dynamic personality with a proactive approach to tasks and initiatives

  • Onsite participation at 6 events in Europe during the year, each event representing at least one week of travel

  5. 8th September - 15th September 2025 at Silverstone (Great Britain)

  6. 11thOctober - 20th October 2025 at Portimão (Portugal)


Déroulement des entretiens

Interviews will take place by TEAMS meeting or in person in Le Mans depending on profile and location.
