  • Brief and provide freelancers with a satisfactory working environment by giving them access to upstream content, templates, documentation, technical support and validation of content by Le Wagon tech leads.

  • Track payments to freelancers for the production of new content and updates.

Ensure content quality

  • Review the content to ensure that the course materials (video, slide decks, exercises, etc.) are of the expected quality and comply with what is laid down in the contract.

  • Ensure that the participant’s learning journey makes sense in terms of content, from start to finish, and that it is part of a progressive evolution from preparatory work to the core track.

  • Provide feedback to the freelancers and ensure the final content is available in our Learning Management System (LMS).

Coordination with the Operational (Ops) team

Once the content has been developed, the Ops team is in charge of the journey of the participants.

  • Communicate well with the operational teams to ensure the participants’ schedule, the length of the days and the courses on the agenda.

  • Maintain the list of course materials needed for successful training (wrap-up, welcome slides, quizzes).

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will have the chance to proactively propose and spearhead projects that you believe would be beneficial for the team.
