Are you passionate about customer success and looking to dive into the B2B world? Join our dynamic Operations & Customer Success team as an intern and be part of a vibrant environment where your contributions will make a real impact. Based in Paris and reporting to our B2B Head of Operations, this role is a hands-on opportunity to showcase your drive for leading onboarding, training & client success initiatives.

Internal title: B2B Operations & Customer Success Intern


Your Mission is in 3 key areas:

Daily Campus Administration & Coordination

  • Assist the CSM team with various administrative and operational duties.

  • Aid in the preparation and execution of customer communications and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task management.

Be the B2B team’s “go to” person for facilitating a top experience for our clients !

  • Oversee the onboarding of participants for our training programs.

  • Manage assessments and prep work to ensure participants are well-prepared.

  • Coordinate logistics to guarantee seamless training sessions.

  • Prepare training rooms before each session to create a welcoming environment.

  • Greet and assist participants upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.

  • Work closely with the Batch Manager to address and fulfil participant needs throughout the training sessions.

Support our Project Managers and Customer Success Managers:

  • Assist our managers in staffing the right freelancers for our training sessions.

  • Gather and compile feedback from participants and teachers to help improve our training programs.

  • Prepare and organize data for analysis to enhance our customer success strategies.


Profil recherché

  • You are based in Paris and are open to being on-site 3-4 days a week in a hybrid role.

  • You consider yourself a “people person” and are sociable, dynamic, and thrive on building relationships.

  • You are comfortable speaking both fluent French & professional English and seek an international environment.

  • You are attentive, curious, eager to learn, and have a strong operational focus.

  • You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and possess excellent writing skills.

  • You are passionate about community building & customer success with a growth mindset.

  • You are autonomous, proactive, and organized.

  • You have a strong interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and/or education.

  • You are an enrolled Masters student or recent graduate with an internship agreement.

  • You are available for a 6-month internship starting asap.
