As part of its international expansion, LeHibou is looking for a Business Developer to grow its presence in the Netherlands.

Your Mission 

  • Prospect, build, and manage your own B2B client portfolio in the Netherlands: You’ll pitch our offer to clients and make their eyes sparkle!

  • Handle RFPs from prospects and clients, convince decision-makers, and close deals—your interpersonal skills, boldness, and strategic approach will be your key assets.

  • Brief our amazing matching team on each consultant search and participate in qualification interviews.

  • Present our top freelancers to clients.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts—because we’re not used to losing deals 😉

  • Ensure regular follow-ups with staffed consultants.

  • And of course, don’t forget to take your clients out for lunch or drinks!

Profil recherché

  • You have experience in IT consulting (platform, consultancy firm, recruitment agency) or B2B sales in the IT sector (ideal experience: 3 to 7 years)

  • You’re a born hunter with excellent sales and prospecting skills (phoning, mailing, linkedin)  🎯

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, and ambitious.

  • You’re familiar with startups/scale-ups or have a strong interest in them.

  • You have a good knowledge of the Dutch market.

  • You speak Dutch, English, and French fluently.

Work location: Brussels or Amsterdam


Déroulement des entretiens

First round : 30-minute call with our HR team
Second round : Interview with Maxime, our Belgium Country Manager
Third round : Interview with Christophe, our CEO
