As part of its international expansion, LeHibou is looking for a Business Developer to grow its presence in the Netherlands.
Your Mission
Prospect, build, and manage your own B2B client portfolio in the Netherlands: You’ll pitch our offer to clients and make their eyes sparkle!
Handle RFPs from prospects and clients, convince decision-makers, and close deals—your interpersonal skills, boldness, and strategic approach will be your key assets.
Brief our amazing matching team on each consultant search and participate in qualification interviews.
Present our top freelancers to clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts—because we’re not used to losing deals 😉
Ensure regular follow-ups with staffed consultants.
And of course, don’t forget to take your clients out for lunch or drinks!

You have experience in IT consulting (platform, consultancy firm, recruitment agency) or B2B sales in the IT sector (ideal experience: 3 to 7 years)
You’re a born hunter with excellent sales and prospecting skills (phoning, mailing, linkedin) 🎯
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, and ambitious.
You’re familiar with startups/scale-ups or have a strong interest in them.
You have a good knowledge of the Dutch market.
You speak Dutch, English, and French fluently.
