Cafeyn is a leading digital kiosk player, providing access to a wide range of digital publications worldwide. As an Channel Marketing assistant at Cafeyn, you will support the development of the marketing strategies to drive growth through our different distribution channels. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize channel performance and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

Channel marketing

  • Assist the Senior manager at implementing marketing strategies that will steer up Cafeyn subscription through our different distribution channels, mainly Telco’s

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content to provide partners with the latest marketing materials and resources

  • Review and improve sales journeys from an end to end perspective on both online (partner website) and offline channels (stores, customer care, tele sales)

  • Onboard new partners by providing them with all required materials: sales book, promotional assets, etc.

Sales operation and performance monitoring

  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on channel marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for optimization

  • Collaborate with Data team to optimize the monitoring capabilities of the business

  • Support Sales team at optimizing their sales cycle (lead gen, conversion campaign on the business CRM, etc.)

Project management

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities, like tradeshows of various industries

  • Restructuring of the business lead generation process (new website, lead form, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in marketing and business development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
