The G&A team comprises 20+ people from diverse backgrounds, working in our offices in Nantes, Paris, and Barcelona. Our teams are working on People, Legal, Accounting, RevOps and Finance topics to help and contribute to the growth of Lengow.


With an ARR of €20+M and a team of 170 employees, Lengow is backed by an Anglo-Saxon investment fund. The company is growing organically, and plans to carry out strategic acquisitions.

In this context of strong growth, we are looking for an FP&A Manager to strengthen the Finance team and support the transformation of the Finance function in terms of performance, forecast accuracy, tool automation, and growth management through acquisitions.

As an FP&A Manager, you will be at the heart of the company's financial strategy. Acting as a true right-hand to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of reporting processes, financial performance, and support for external growth operations (M&A).

⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

1. Management of Reporting and Forecasting

  • Supervise the production of monthly financial reporting for the main shareholder, the Executive Committee (COMEX), the Board of Directors, and external lenders;
  • Simplify the budget preparation process and cash flow forecasts to strengthen financial visibility;
  • Lead and manage two people in this team. 
  • Establish simple reports incorporating clear and challenging KPIs for Sales and Tech departments;
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts;
  • Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Monitor deviations between forecasts and actuals, identifying risks and opportunities.

2. Automation of Tools and Digitization

  • Evaluate and implement tools for the automation and digitization of reporting and analysis processes (FP&A tools, BI, ERP);
  • Simplify and automate reporting and performance analysis processes, to  improve the speed, reliability and accessibility of data.

3. Support for External Growth Operations (M&A)

  • Participate in financial due diligence and target acquisition evaluation;
  • Integrate acquired companies into the company's information systems and internal processes;
  • Harmonize reporting tools and financial consolidation methods.

Requirements

🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

We are looking for a confirmed manager profile. The ideal candidate should be autonomous, rigorous, and proactive, capable of taking ownership of their scope and acting as a true right-hand to the Chief Financial Officer. Such a person will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a combination of FP&A, Corporate or strategic finance, accounting
  • Experience in a transactions / due diligence environment 
  • Experience in the SaaS Industry, or good understanding of the SaaS business model and KPIs
  • Degree in Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACA)
  • Proactive, curious, & highly organized; able to work quickly and meet deadlines 
  • Ability to manage a small team and delegate tasks
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally, influence, and connect with all business partners; comfortable in a virtual environment
  • Strong MS Excel skills are essential; knowledge of FP&A tools is a plus, although not required.
  • Proficient English language skills
