We’re seeking a French-speaking Implementation Partner Manager to join our Hospitality team in Paris.

In this pivotal role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, forging collaborative relationships with our French-speaking implementation partners. Your mission? To understand their goals, solve their challenges, and provide consistent value throughout their journey with us. You’ll ensure their success and build long-term partnerships grounded in trust and mutual growth.

** Please note this role is based in Paris, France. With a portfolio of French Partners, Fluency in French is a must**



What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Establish and nurture high-quality relationships with implementation partners to enhance their technical knowledge of LS Hospitality Products.
  • Oversee one or more regions within EMEA, managing all partner relations and training activities in those areas.
  • Ensure alignment between Lightspeed’s core KPIs and goals with those of our partners.
  • Develop and deliver technical training for implementation partners that incorporates Lightspeed’s strategy, mission, and technology.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of SaaS technology concepts and processes.
  • Take ownership of partner projects, including training initiatives for new and existing partners and KPI improvement plans, to ensure their success.
  • Coordinate and conduct partner training sessions using various instructional techniques and delivery methods, including live and self-led virtual learning.
  • Exhibit a strong stage presence with the ability to engage and manage a classroom of adult learners.
  • Validate partner training by recording key metrics, ensuring that audit trails and training histories are complete and up to date.
  • Conduct post-training performance evaluations and skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in our training processes.
  • Document all partner feedback to enhance product quality and report this feedback to the Product teams.

What You Need to Bring to the Team:

  • French and English Language skills - Dutch is a plus (*Note French is a must requirement to be successful in this role)
  • Be agile and solutions-focused, able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking by listening to partners’ needs and formulating effective solutions.
  • Experience as a coach, trainer, or in a similar role with partners
  • Show attention to detail and a willingness to improve processes.
  • Ideally, have experience in the Hospitality and/or SaaS industry.
  • Be a true team player, able to interact effectively with colleagues from your own and other teams (sales, support, etc.).
