On May 28, 2024, Bridgepoint, a private equity fund, announced they will support LumApps in its next stage of growth, focusing on international expansion, product innovation and accelerating M&A opportunities.

As a result, LumApps finance team is looking for a FP&A Director to support LumApps growth.

This role will :

- report to the SVP Finance,

- manage our current finance analyst,

- work closely with finance controllers and the rest of the finance team as well as other departments such as Operations, Legal, etc.

*Missions*

• Direct all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions

• Create executive and Board-level presentations for Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals vs Targets, and KPI reporting

• Manage financial cycles of the organization including driving process and preparing annual budget, quarterly rolling forecasts, and monthly operating reviews

• Develop and utilize data-driven analytics, including reports and dashboards, to generate value-added insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth and influence KPIs

• Build best-in-class strategic FP&A function and systems, tools and processes to support it

• Partner with accounting and controlling to streamline and improve efficiency in reporting which will drive financial results for the business

• Support CEO, SVP Finance and business unit leadership in developing long-term and short-term financial goals and support long-term strategic planning process for the business

• Analyze macro and micro trends and stay informed of strategic growth initiatives to understand their impact to forecasts and long-range financial projections

*Skills*

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate from one of the Top ranked business school.

• 5+ years of TS experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI,...) and SQL.

• Excellent analytical and data gathering skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes.

• Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach to decision making.

• Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives.

• Bilingual level in English, French is a plus.
