Manage sales strategy within the German Market and work on strategic partnerships
Achieve growth and hit sales targets in the German market
Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound campaigns to target high-potential clients
Manage the entire sales cycle to close deals: discovery and qualification, presentation and demos, pricing proposals and negotiations, legal process to sign new revenue.
Response to Calls for Tenders
Gather business inputs on the German market to fuel our Product Team with useful insights
Mapping of the prospect portfolio (targeting, mapping of key contacts, competitors in place, contract ending, challenges, etc.)
Attend and represent Magma Technology at logistics and supply chain events in Germany.
Participate in recruiting and scaling the German Sales team
Extensive skills in software sales including both transactional sales and strategic selling
Proactivity in the commercial process
Fluent oral and written communication skills in both German and English.
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
Sense of organization & rigor
Interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, team player
Position could be based in Germany with possible full remote from Germany OR in Magma Technology offices in Paris.
