In your position as Recruitment Consultant or Project Partner you will be the voice of Dutch-speaking freelancers and clients to improve the Malt product and services in the Netherlands. This department is in charge of building bridges between clients and freelancers on our matching platform.

You will report both to our Head of Sales Netherlands and our Head of Global Project Partnering and will be based in the Amsterdam office.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Source the best freelancers to meet your key account clients’ needs and add value for clients with your insights on the freelance market, the rates charged, skills and expectations of freelancers in the required jobs
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team and proactively build solid relationships with both Sales and clients as a trusted partner 
  • Advise your clients on writing strong briefings to attract the best freelancers
  • Conduct qualification interviews with freelancers at the client's request to select the best suited profiles 
  • Leverage expertise on the Malt algorithm in order to win the opportunities that Sales creates
  • Correct and train the algorithm on your jobs to help it find and contact the best freelancers 
  • Advise, train, and coach freelancers on building a strong profile and selling themselves in interviews
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Fully fluent in Dutch and English
  • 3+ years experience in a sales and/or recruitment position
  • Experience in IT recruitment consulting is highly valued 
  • Rigorous and reliable, you are a trusted partner for your clients and colleagues
  • Organised, attentive to detail, structured
  • Ambitious and motivated to go above and beyond your own goals and add value to your organization 
  • A highly motivated individual with a strong drive, who possess the skills of a true hunter
