As a Content Marketing Writer at Manawa, you will leverage your writing expertise to create engaging, SEO-optimized content across various marketing channels to encourage users to book their next adventure with us.
Improving Manawa’s Organic Traffic/SEO (70%)
Writing and optimizing articles for the Manawa blog, writing content for the Manawa website, conduct keyword research and benchmarking
Creating Newsletters (10%)
Writing appealing monthly Newsletters to clients, A/B Testing to improve their performance
Managing Manawa’s Social Media accounts (10%)
Handle and animate our social media accounts, post content, reply to messages and comments
Customer Service (10%)
Manage bookings and handle incoming customer requests via email, chat, and phone
Language skills: Native English or Spanish & speak French, English or Spanish at proficiency level (C1)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, journalism, communications)
Strong writing and editing skills
