Job description

As a real strategic growth driver, ManoMano is now building and speeding up its logistics and transport activities in France and in Europe. We aim to provide the best-in class level of B2B and B2C Customer experience with sustainable, inexpensive, fast and low friction delivery.

For this purpose, we are looking for an apprentice Delivery and Fulfillment Operational performance manager to support us innovating on behalf of our customer.

Reporting to the Logistics operation excellence leader, you will closely work with each logistic and transport team member to improve ManoMano logistics quality and performance. With missions all over the supply value chain, your goal is to leverage data to continuously improve our operational processes and improve customer satisfaction. You will support operations running deep analysis to identify potential process improvements and support the team to leverage our tools and data to improve the efficiency of the Delivery and Fulfillment team.

Your missions

• Be the Data steward of the team

  • Build and automate performance monitoring dashboard through various tools (Google, Snowflake, Qlikview)

  • Manage and guarantee data quality and knowledge

  • Discover and leverage new data sources and AI technologies

• Monitor the operation performance and customer satisfaction

  • Warehouse operation performance (Dispatch quality, warehouse productivity, mechanization performance)

  • Transport performance (On time delivery, delivery promise, delivery losses)

  • Net Promoter Score

• Lead deep analytics to drive operational excellence on

  • Consumable usage and packaging best fits, picking performance

  • Delivery promise improvement and carrier strategy

  • Sales & Operation Planning model and inventory strategy

Preferred experience

• Engineering / Business / Tech School

• Curious about Operations and Ecommerce/Marketplace

• Data driven, analytical skills required with advanced Excel / GoogleSheet skills and ready to become a SQL expert

• Fluency in French and English
