➡️ UX-UI Design department looking for new professional trainees to join us & jump into the Mano Mano adventure.

The Design team is part of the marketing department at ManoMano and work in collaboration with Product and IT teams to improve our platform experience.
Currently, almost 12 designers and user researchers are working together in order to design and deliver best-in-class products & services to our users & customers, and support business growth ambitions.

We are looking for a UX/UI designer in professional training to join the Experience Design team and work on our e-commerce platform.

Main responsibilities :

> Help us to deliver a holistic experience aligned on users & business needs, leading and implementing UX vision in order to design and build an efficient experience.

As UX/UI Designer in training you will :

- Be a part of our design team :
You will integrate our design team to work in synergy with all the team & be a part of it.
Our team will support you in your growth, your knowledge & to learn you the best practice in design. Always with kindness & in English as an European company.

- Help us to accompany our growth and our initiatives in DYI market :
Design our next generation of interfaces to help our visitors to find their needs in their DYI projects. Plus, support us to solves problems that take the user needs, business goals and technology into account.

- Find the best way to design the evolution base on methodology :
Be a part of the product discovery & work with Product team & other Designers, in order to understand your users pain points (by collecting users’ feedbacks and analyze datas).
Distill ideas, clearly communicate and articulate the “why” of design decisions in order to influence your stakeholders and build consensus

- From basics to innovation & aesthetic :

Inspire and align our project around user experience by developing user flows and interfaces informed by user interactions and product requirements.

Work with the UI & art direction to Integrate the Mano Mano singularity and change our wireframes to a seductive interface. You will be responsible for all the respect of the design, the UI, the creativity… in your projects.

- Learn to work in Agile with product reflexion :

Work closely with the Product Teams that are in your scope, meaning Product Managers, engineers and also Business Owners in order to get buy-in and alignment on your design recommendations.
Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain design consistency and coherence across our product ecosystem.

👉 To join us & be a part of the design team :

- Be in master degree in design school (level 4 or 5) in work-study program - specialize in digital marketing, visual design or UX-UI design.

- Be able to communicate in English is a mandatory requirement (other languages are appreciated).

- Extensive knowledge and experience designing in Figma (or maybe sketch).

- Knowledges in UI & art direction (Photoshop, Illustrator, motion design…)

- Have a similar experience as a Product Designer, UX-UI designer could be appreciated (if you already made a trainee in an agency or company).

- Be positive, humble, open-minded, bold, creative, ingenious & empathic… are a part of the key adjectives of the team.

- Be ready to work in peer-design, be managing by senior (not old) UX-UI designer to learn from them.

- Be aware about the latest innovative design, mood, process or tools.

- Like to accept the challenge to merge aesthetic design, emotion, simplification & constraints user needs (brainteaser design effect).

- Be located in Paris or Bordeaux (to be able to join us & work in our office easily).
