JOIN OUR INTERNATIONAL COMPANY IN ONE OF OUR FINANCE EXPERTISE AREAS: This offer represents various finance opportunities across different métiers. By applying, you’ll have the chance to work in Finance in one of the following areas:

HR CONTROLLING & ANALYTICS:

  1. Support the management and execution of the budget/forecast/month-end closing process for headcount, FTEs, and internal personnel costs, partnering with HR and Finance to provide accurate and reliable HR reporting and enable informed business decisions.
  2. Support the development of training materials for the HR finance and efficiency community to enhance and maintain HR financial controllers’ competencies, incorporating new business practices and tools.
  3. Develop your knowledge of overall financial controlling and internal control competencies within L’Oréal and align with L’Oréal’s vision for finance.

INTERNAL CONTROL:
  1. Support the revision and updating of documentation for norms and procedures to ensure compliance with internal control principles.
  2. Support the global implementation of the group’s internal control framework for HR processes to enhance and maintain an effective control environment.

ACCOUNTING AND CONSOLIDATION:
  1. Contribute to the accurate and timely consolidation of financial results, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and group reporting requirements.
  2. Analyze financial data, reconcile intercompany transactions, and prepare consolidated financial statements to provide a comprehensive view of company performance.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and contribute to accurate forecasting.
  • Act as a Finance business partner, working closely with business teams to support the growth of the group/entities.
  • Collaborate effectively across different departments and contribute meaningfully to impactful projects.
  • Think innovatively and bring your creative ideas to the table.
  • Develop both professionally and personally with guidance from experienced mentors.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and inclusive work environment.

YOU ARE…
  • A Master’s student (M1/M2) - This is a non-negotiable requirement. You must be able to provide a 12-month apprenticeship agreement issued by your school - also non-negotiable.
  • Fluent in French and/or English.
  • A creative and courageous entrepreneur; adventurous and unafraid to step outside your comfort zone and try new things.

  • Comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Capable of developing a strategic vision.
