What awaits you?

This multifaceted internship offers hands-on experience across three key areas:

  • Fondation La Roche-Posay: Contribute to the development and implementation of impactful philanthropic programs championed by the Foundation, and help communicate these initiatives both internally and externally, amplifying their reach and impact.
  • Sustainability (Environmental): Play a vital role in driving La Roche-Posay’s sustainable transformation. You’ll be involved in piloting key sustainability initiatives, developing engaging content, and crafting impactful communication campaigns to showcase the brand’s environmental achievements and commitments, both within L’Oréal and to the wider public.
  • Brand Cause (Social):Support La Roche-Posay’s commitment to oncology and cancer patients. You’ll contribute to the development and execution of social programs, lead specific initiatives, and create compelling content to communicate the brand’s social impact.


Missions :

Fondation La Roche-Posay :
  • Contributing to the development and roll-out of the programs of the philanthropic Fondation
  • Developing the internal external communication on the programs of the philanthropic Fondation


Sustainability (environment):
  • Contributing to the sustainable transformation of La Roche-Posay, one of the leading dermo-comestic skincare brand
  • Piloting sustainability initiatives
  • Developing content and campaigns assets for internal and external communication of the sustainable initiatives and achievements of the brand


Brand cause (social):
  • Contributing to the development of the programs of the brands dedicated to oncology and support to cancer patients
  • Piloting social initiatives
  • Developing content and campaigns assets for internal and external communication of the social initiatives and achievements of the brand


Daily support on all the missions of the sustainability, brand cause and philanthropic Fondation’s team

What do you need to apply?
  • You are a student with a master’s degree in engineering School or Business / University.
  • You are looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
  • You can provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school.
  • Be creativite, communication (written and oral), rigor, data analysis, proactivity, débrouillardise, great sensitivity to environmental and social topics.

If your application is selected, you will be invited to a telephone interview with a recruiter. This is an exploratory discussion to get to know you better and identify the job, the field, the division that best fits with your profile.

Last step if the exploratory interview is positive: you will have the opportunity to meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview to discuss the missions you will be given.

How much responsibility will I have as an intern?

As an intern at L’Oréal, you will be welcomed as a full member of a team, with your scope and responsibilities. Of course, you will not be alone: your manager will provide you with objectives and a vision. However, to succeed you will need to keep in mind that you play the main part in your journey and future projection in the Group. Entrepreneurship spirit is key.

Will I have a chance to land a job after my internship?

We take our interns and apprentices very seriously. So yes, it is our ultimate goal! In average, each year, former interns and apprentices fulfill 70% of our junior job needs. A very large number of our current employees at all levels have come through this type of experience.

I do not know anything about cosmetics: do I stand a chance?

Less than one-third of our interns have had previous experiences in the beauty industry. We give more credit to other essential qualities such as entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and the ability to question and dare.
