What a day in the life of the Infrastructure SecOps team looks like:

Lead the Infrastructure Operations Security team in Europe, acting as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity matters. You’ll be the go-to expert, collaborating closely with various infrastructure domains.

Contribute significantly to the deployment and implementation of L’Oréal Group’s core security programs for Europe infrastructure.

Your mission will be articulated around the following:

  • Pre-qualify Cyber Demands and coordinate detailed assessment with Infrastructure Domains

  • Manage Infrastructure Cyber Budget
  • Define and consolidate SecOps Strategy and Roadmap
  • Define, prepare, lead, communicate, and report the IT Disaster Recovery for applications managed within Infrastructure
  • Coordinate and follow audits and remediation with infrastructure domains
  • Lead or coordinate Cyber security projects
  • Perform IT Security controls, report and follow the remediation with the accountable team
  • Ensure pre-requisites implementation for vulnerability scans within Infra
  • Coordinates vulnerability remediation activities in collaboration with relevant infrastructure teams and suppliers
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the contractual framework for the security scope of each service provider
  • Ensure the respect of the IT security policy, norms, and standards within relevant Infrastructure teams
  • Organize, prepare, and lead the Infrastructure Security Committee
  • Lead and oversee the Infrastructure SecOps team

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Cyber Security, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Capacity to understand, interact and report on technical topics
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security standards. Certifications such as CISSP is a plus
  • Good knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
  • Knowledge of Azure environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
