In this exciting international leadership role, you will:

• Lead a high-performing team of safety scientists.
• Champion safety strategies aligned with global regulations using cutting-edge methodologies.
• Foster the development and full application of NAMs in ingredient and product safety evaluation
• Proactively identify and address potential safety concerns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product safety from concept to consumer.
• Pioneer the digital transformation of safety evaluation, including predictive tools.

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of safety experience in regulated contexts such as pharma, consumer goods, agrochemicals industry and/or regulatory body/agency.
• Proven leadership and management success. Strong knowledge of global cosmetic regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
