Would you like to be a part of this adventure? Become the driving force behind L’Oréal’s Global tax management ! We’re seeking a dynamic TAX Global Process Owner to join our Group Tax Department at our Clichy headquarters.

TAX COMPLIANCE is a KEY pillar of our TAX POLICY

In a challenging environment where regulations and compliance are more and more critical, digitalized and dependent on IT systems, it has been decided to reinforce the Tax compliance function with a GPO for tax.

The Tax GPO will be the Process Authority for Tax processes within Global end-to-end process frame in close interactions with Accounting and Sales (Customer care)

Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:

  • to define , improve & monitor tax end-to-end processes across functions for tax returns and reports deliverables (mainly CIT / VAT )
  • To supervise global deployment and adoption of tax process improvements.
  • To design & improve RACI & TAX TARGET PROCESS from design to implementation and Build alignment across the organization on these processes (between functions).
  • To ensure consistency and alignment across policy, process and data collaborating with Corporate functions, data owners and IT
  • To Co-define with the Metiers and the related operational teams the set of indicators (KPIs) of tax process and animate the performance of the processes
  • To improve the indicators towards targets defined by identifying root-causes of identified inefficiencies, by defining and enforcing sustainable solutions and by spreading a continuous improvement mindset, added value and expertise across the BESTs and the Affaires implementing the tax process

In terms of Transformation and innovation, the TAX GPO includes :
  • Staying informed of industry best practices , trends and regulatory changes to drive innovation and ensure Tax regulatory compliance
  • The choice and design of all relevant Tax technological and transformational levers on coordination with the Metiers leading the practice, the Group Tax Department, the Group Accounting and Consolidation department and the Finance and Legal Transformation team.

Experience : +10 /15 years in an international environment for Mne’s and/ or big 4 in Tax, Finance, audit, accounting, with experience in Tax compliance.
