Join our GROUP TAX DEPARTMENT team as a TRANSFER PRICING MANAGER !

As a member of the Group’s Tax Department based in Clichy, France, and reporting to the Group’s Transfer Pricing Director, you will participate in the definition, monitoring, justification, analysis, documentation, validation, securing and evolution of the Group’s Transfer Pricing policy with a worldwide scope.

The Transfer Pricing team is composed of six people, based in France and abroad.

The Transfer Pricing team’s scope of action is organized around five major areas. Here are the role(s) you may have in this team:

  • Compliance : preparation and annual provision of tools to enable the Group’s Affaires to carry out their transfer pricing compliance formalities
    • “Transfer Pricing Tool Box”: transfer pricing documentation templates by type of Affaires, benchmarking studies
    • “Defense files”: defense files by topic (services, management fees, etc.) to assist in the justification (quantitative and qualitative) and deductibility of intra-group transactions
    • Training/ education and webinars animation


  • Functional and cross-functional expertise : management and direct responsibility for global cross-functional functions in collaboration with the Group’s Management Bodies in the areas of R&I, marketing, digital, e-commerce, IT, management fees, technology and brands intangibles, etc., with the support of the Zone Tax Directors and Country Tax Directors
    • Act as the primary contact for global projects that may have a Transfer Pricing impact
    • Follow-up on the evolution of the organizations of these main cross-functional functions and their projects
    • Advice on flows, remuneration, organizations and intra-group contracts to be implemented globally
    • Support to the pricing process and link with the SSC/ BEST/ COE
    • Integration of acquisitions
    • Impact of international (OECD/ BEPS/ Pillar I, UN…), regional (Joint European Forum on Transfer Pricing…) and local norms and standards on the Group’s transfer pricing policy


  • Geographic focus : management and direct responsibility for groups of countries (“Zones”) in support of the Zones Tax Directors and Country Tax Directors:
    • Transfer pricing documentation
    • Intra-group contracts
    • Follow-up of the results (management and social) of the Affaires
    • Any project with Transfer Pricing implications (flows, compensation levels, mutualizations, reorganizations, etc.)


  • Procedural axis : management and direct responsibility for groups of countries (“Zones”) in support of the Zones Tax Directors and Country Tax specialists:
    • Tax audits and domestic litigations
    • International procedures (mutual agreement procedures, advance pricing agreements)


  • Transformation and technology axis : anticipation and implementation of tools (BI) for data collection and presentation of intra-group transactions and results of the Affairs


Stakeholders:
  • Other members of Group Tax Department: Group Tax Director, M&A, Reporting, Digitalisation, Governance, E-com & Digital, Operations
  • Transfer Pricing Managers on site abroad
  • Zones and Countries Tax Directors (about 30)
  • Legal, Finance (Accounting, Controlling), IT
  • CFOs
  • Operational & functional teams at HQ, in Zones and in Countries
  • Customs
  • External advisors


Profile required:
  • Expertise in Transfer Pricing
  • 8/10 years in a company and/or law firm/ Big 4.
  • Mixed experience (both in a law firm/ Big 4 and in a company) would be a plus
  • Legal training/experience or experience in managing tax procedures and litigations would be a plus
  • A background in economics, international tax, controlling, M&A or finance would be a plus
  • Able to travel in France and abroad


Languages:
  • English fluent
  • At least basic French would be a plus
