Job Description:

Location: Aimargues (30min from Montpellier)

Segment: Royal Canin

Contract Type: CDI

As part of the Royal Canin Global P&O Team, actively participate in the definition of Global People Priorities & supporting global P&O strategic initiatives. Sponsorship of global P&O initiatives at the service of Talent Agenda (e.g. Graduate Program, New Senior Leaders onboarding program…)
Contribute to definition of people ambition in OGSM & Visions and business transformation to a health company.

P&O BP FOR GLOBAL CORPORATE FUNCTIONS LEADERSHIP TEAMS :

  • TALENT

Functional Agenda:

Provide Talent partnership to Global Functional VPs and their Leadership teams to build MCR pipelines and follow through on agreed Talent Plan priorities. Ensure close connections with the Global Petcare P&O Team to ensure strategies, processes and the talent calendar can be deployed with excellence within RC
Monitor all assignments happening in the functions globally for governance and talent visibility

  • Organization Design

Provide Org Design partnership to Global Functional Leadership teams. Drive the diagnosis/design/deployment of OD. Those OD work are done at a global scale, requiring stakeholder’s engagement at regional and local level for implementation and presentation to GLT. Ensure governance for any regional/local request to change in OD archetypes defined by Global Function. Global P&O BP has to approve any request. 

  • ENGAGEMENT

Coach Functional Leadership Teams to design the right Engagement strategies to drive engagement in the global function. Ensure each Leadership Team drives Engagement and define its own Impact Plan. Act as an HPC Coach in Leadership Teams
Act as an advocate and demonstrate the ability to challenge appropriately, where Leadership are not Living the 5 Principle

  • HQ P&O Head

Co create the HQLG Agenda with the HQ Head and the Cross functions representatives.
Coordinate specific P&O topics for the group with AR team : Mars Be well, Futur eof work, Transformations projects, GLM, MTD,…Ensure proper communication to HQ Associates and P&O teams.

The job is working in close relations with the Global RC POLT and global Petcare ecosystem P&O Leaders

The job holder is the P&O co-pilot to global business functional leaders In several functions and part of the functional Leadership teams for the following functions

Close relationships with RC AR team for all social agenda topics and for HQLT work and with the Local P&O heads

-A Bachelor's/Master’s degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is required, advanced degree preferred. OD/HR training/certifications a plus

-At least 10+ years of relevant P&O experience required.

- French Speaking and knowledge or good understanding of French social practices
- Talent Management experience, including partnership to senior management
- Business Partnering / Organizational Development experience
- Line Management experience 
- Experience working in multi-country environment & successfully partnering with Sr. leaders/organisations across cultures
