Your role

Join our passionate, dynamic team of over 190 tech enthusiasts in Paris and Cologne as a DevSecOps expert, and more specifically the architect team composed of Jeff, Thomas and Hammadi. Your role is pivotal in fortifying our platform's security infrastructure, ensuring the safety and integrity of healthcare data in 3,600+ facilities.

Bridging the gap between development, security, and operations seamlessly.

How you'll make an impact

• Implement robust security measures, fixing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance.
• Develop automated security protocols for continuous monitoring and rapid incident response.
• Drive our pentest strategy and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a security-first culture across the organization.
• Optimize deployment processes, enhancing system resilience and minimizing downtimes.
• Create and maintain our threat model in order for us to strengthen our digital defenses against potential vulnerabilities in order to manage and reduce attack surface, whether you choose to drive this within our team or consider outsourcing options.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in DevSecOps, preferably within a SaaS environment or in a native cloud environment.
• Proficiency in developing and managing security protocols, practices and automated protocols
• Exceptional communication and collaboration / mentoring abilities, ensuring a unified security approach across teams.
• French & English speaker
