Your role :

As part of the operations department, a dynamic team dedicated to promoting the Pool Hublo service to healthcare professionals, your role is crucial in ensuring that our user experience with Hublo and our institutions is exceptional.

Your missions :

  • Assist the Product Marketing team in defining content and setting up communication campaigns.

  • Promote the Pool Hublo service to eligible healthcare professionals through email campaigns, notifications, and calls.

  • Participate in experiments to clarify and improve the visibility of Le Pool Hublo to target caregivers using new communication channels and formats.

  • Launch special operations to boost Pool operations in specific regions.

  • Analyze campaign results to identify insights and generalize successful actions.

Profil recherché

  • You have experience in operations or communication.

  • You are comfortable speaking with users.

  • You are able to understand the results obtained and adapt accordingly.

  • You are not afraid to handle multiple tasks and can prioritize when necessary.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • A call with Lucille, Talent Acquisition (30 minutes)

  • Manager interview/skill test with Jérémie, head of caregivers operations (1h)

  • Cultural fit interview with Salomé and Sylvain (1h)
