Mission
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at CarCutter in Paris (Headquarters). In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to customize and integrate our SaaS solution for large enterprise clients. Acting as a technical point of contact, you will ensure successful onboarding and smooth integration with key client systems including DMS, IMS, website providers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand their technical requirements and business goals.
Design and implement tailored solutions, including custom adjustments to our SaaS platform using Python.
Lead the technical onboarding process, including system configuration, customization, and integration with client environments.
Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing expert guidance and support during onboarding and integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation phase.
Develop and integrate solutions using APIs and other tools to fit client needs.
Provide technical training and documentation to clients to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Account Setups, Support, Customer Success).
Closely work with the Product team to identify and share opportunities for product development and standardization.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to scale and optimize onboarding workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Fullstack or Backend development, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
Proficient in Python for development, scripting, and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, including shell scripting and configuration.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integrating SaaS with enterprise systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
Customer-facing experience.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of enterprise authentication protocols (e.g., SSO, OAuth, LDAP).
