Le poste

Descriptif du poste

The mission of the Functional Support Analyst will be under the control of a support leader to :

  • Support Murex Front office users : assist users worldwide (Trading, Risk, Back Office, Regulatory/Compliance, …) with responsiveness and efficiency,
  • Monitor & follow up Murex Production chain (End of Day Reporting, Performance optimization, Process securitization & robustness),
  • Analyze, investigate & resolve production issues with collaboration with Vendor and Natixis IT Murex teams,
  • Regularly communicate the production status with Murex clients, ensure the quality of service and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support analyst team.

Profil recherché

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of financial markets products,
  • First experience in the financial industry as business/support analyst on system process on products among the ones mentioned above,
  • First experience in the front-office or back-office areas,
  • Additional knowledge in trading, trade reporting or trade booking systems would be real advantages for the mission.

Soft skills

  • Capacity to work in a team,
  • Interest in the financial markets,
  • Motivated to get more experience by extending business knowledge,
  • Rigor and methodology in the investigation phasis and capacity to analyze.
