📱 Freelance Mobile Developer – Build the First Version of the ModaResa App

We’re looking for a talented freelance mobile developer to join us in building the first version of the ModaResa mobile application. This role is crucial to bring our powerful B2B scheduling platform to mobile — making it even more accessible, responsive, and impactful for fashion brands and wholesale buyers globally.

You’ll be working closely with our Lead Developer and Product Team to shape the mobile experience of a complex calendar-based tool, used by renowned fashion houses and showrooms worldwide. You’ll directly contribute to the company’s growth, help define the product’s technical direction, and have a real impact on a traditionally analog industry.

🎯 Mission

• Lead the architecture and development of the V1 of our mobile app.

• Collaborate with our Lead Developer to make the right technical decisions from day one.

• Build a high-performance, scalable mobile interface for ModaResa’s core scheduling features.

• Ensure a smooth and consistent cross-device UX (mobile-first, but also tablet-friendly).

• Participate in a design-first approach, working closely with the product and design team to bring beautiful, intuitive interfaces to life.

• Help create a mobile design system that can be reused and scaled over time (bonus if compatible with tools like Figma).

• Support integration with our backend stack (NestJS, Prisma, Postgres, REST API).

• Contribute to a clean, documented, and well-tested codebase.

✅ Outcomes

• Deliver an exceptional user experience with smooth, snappy interactions (aim for <100ms perceived response time).

• Build mobile UI components with performance and responsiveness in mind.

• Write well-tested code with a minimum of 90% coverage (unit, component, and some E2E tests).

• Ship iterative features on a weekly basis, ensuring reliability and maintainability.

• Keep a clean and scalable mobile codebase with easily maintainable styles (Tailwind or similar).

• Proactively identify and communicate technical limitations or opportunities to the team.

🎓 Skills & Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).

• 3+ years min of professional experience in software development.

• 2+ years working hands-on with TypeScript and React.

• Strong ability to design responsive user interfaces for web and mobile (desktop, tablet, mobile).

• Skilled in testing front-end code and observing real-world performance in production.

• You care about user experience quality, not just functionality.
