As an intern in the Global People & Sustainability Operation department you will be closely involved in our People & Sustainability initiatives, with a deep dive in data collection, analysis reporting, presentation, budgeting and communication. You will have a huge exposure to different markets, departments and centers of expertise. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Our ideal candidate:

• Is fluent in English and can effectively communicate in an international environment.
• Is fascinated by being included in transformation processes.
• Has highly developed analytical skills, precision, and context analysis.
• Is autonomous, has strong problem-solving abilities, and can design processes and draft policies.
