Job Description

As UC Back Office Specialist you will  support the administrative and back-office tasks of used cars business development to support prospecting and company growth.

Key Tasks:

• Identifying and securing databases for B2B customer outreach;
• Conducting email communications;
• Making appointments for the Business Development Manager to foster business growth;
• Prepare, draft and oversee the management  of  contracts  for new B2B partnerships;

• You are a native/bilingual French speaker;
• You have a good level of English  at least  B2 is required;
• You have at least 2 years of experience  in sales support functions;
• You have strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and negotiation-focused attitude and excellent communication skills;
• You have ability to assess and manage complex cases, with strong problem-solving skills;
• You are proficient in MS Office365 applications;
• You have knowledge of the automotive industry.
