Job Description

As UC Sales  Specialist the primary responsibility of this role will be to facilitate the purchase of used vehicles between our client and local professional buyers.

Key tasks:

• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand priorities and ensure smooth communication with the field team;
• Oversee and optimize the used car purchase processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables;
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to dealers and B2B partners, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving measurable success.
• Support and coordinate activities in parallel with local Sales Coordinators working in the field and the administrative UC Back Office team;

• You are a native/bilingual French speaker;
• You have a good level of English  at least  B2 is required;
• You have strong knowledge in the automotive sector 3 to 5 years of experience in used car sales;
• You have strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and negotiation-focused attitude and excellent communication skills;
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in interpreting KPI dashboards;
• You are proficient in MS Office365 applications;
