As our Head of Marketing, you will guide our marketing direction, leading strategic marketing projects and campaigns that shape our success. We seek a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, who can translate business goals into impactful projects and campaigns that attract and convert our ideal customers.


In this role, you will:

  • Define our Go-To-Market strategy: Continuously improve our product positioning, maintain current and develop new marketing & sales channels such as inbound marketing and partnerships.
  • Lead marketing projects & campaigns: Build and execute our marketing roadmap. Plan & lead product & content campaigns from A-Z. Constantly improve our current customer acquisition flows.
  • Manage and develop the marketing team: Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative environment to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Report on marketing performance: Report on marketing performance and actions towards the leadership. Provide insight on how projects will improve marketing effectiveness and pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams on cross-departmental projects to optimize our entire customer funnel.

Requirements:

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 5 years of GTM experience in a SaaS company, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • You have a hands-on track record in maintaining & developing GTM channels and leading big marketing campaigns.
  • You are data-driven and a clear communicator. You are organised & structured in your approach.
  • You master French, and are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
