Why do we need a Lead UI/UX Designer?
Almost all the studio is now focusing on this AAA action-adventure combat game based on Indian mythology with a unique IP that promises an unforgettable player experience. To bring this vision to life, we need a Lead UI/UX Designer who can shape every user interface element, ensuring it not only looks great but also enhances usability and engagement. By working with cross-functional teams of game designers, developers, and artists, you will help drive the user experience strategy, creating a game that resonates with players on all levels.
Your future team
You will lead a team composed of 6 people (including UI Programmers, UI Artists and UX designers) that will grow over time, and you’ll report to Francisc (Design Director).

Your Future Impact
Design Leadership: As Lead UI/UX Designer, you will spearhead the design process for our game’s interfaces, creating a seamless and visually engaging experience. You will drive the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that set the standard for the game’s aesthetic.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with game designers, artists, and developers, you will ensure a unified design language across all elements, leading to an immersive and cohesive player experience.
Player-Centric Focus: Conducting user research and testing, you will continually refine interfaces based on player feedback, optimizing usability to enhance satisfaction and retention.
