Why do we need a Technical Director (Procedural) ?

As our studio develops a AAA action-adventure combat game inspired by Indian mythology, we need a Technical Director (Procedural) to establish and execute the technical vision for procedural content generation. Your role will be pivotal in creating efficient, scalable pipelines and tools that empower our artists and designers to build immersive, ever-evolving game worlds.

Your future team

You will join a project with 100 people (Gameplay Programmers, Designers, Artists, etc.) from multiple countries (Europe, Canada, USA…). The team is set to grow in the future!

Your future impact

• Procedural Vision & Innovation:

  As a Technical Director, you will define and lead the studio’s procedural content strategy, ensuring that our tools and pipelines are at the forefront of efficiency, scalability, and performance.

• Collaboration & Integration:

  You will work closely with artists, level designers, and technical teams to ensure that procedural systems seamlessly integrate into gameplay, world-building, and artistic vision.

• Mentorship & Technical Leadership:

  Leading the procedural development team, you will mentor engineers and technical artists, establish best practices, and ensure that procedural systems are robust, maintainable, and scalable.

• Optimization & Problem-Solving:

  You will oversee the performance optimization of procedural systems, ensuring that dynamically generated content runs seamlessly across platforms without compromising artistic fidelity or gameplay flow.
