The sales team’s objective is to distribute Novolyze solutions to the food industry’s key account markets. Your role as Account Executive is to find, qualify, follow up and sign new business opportunities in the EMEA area. Our customers and prospects are all different, and are looking to improve their industrial operations thanks to our services and software solutions. Your role is to see these specificities as opportunities to think creatively and personalize your approach, and not always rely on the same strategies.
Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of the solutions we deploy (after in-house training, of course) and of application cases in complex industrial contexts, you will cultivate and maximize existing market relationships and build new ones.
In this way, you will contribute to our growth in an agile and dynamic environment, as part of a collaborative and international team.
We have teams in France, US and Serbia, and we’re currently looking to hire our next Talent out of France through an employer of record (EOR) service provider, with the aim of hiring in a European country where we can expand our business. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying potential New Targets through physical and online events, and delivering Account Mappings and Account Plans in close collaboration with BDRs and the Marketing Department
Conduct outbound prospecting and effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence
Present Novolyze’s benefits clearly and convincingly to all levels of customer organizations: C-level (COO, CIO, CDO), site managers, end-users and operators;
Understand the business value and underlying technical constraints with the help of the presales/Customer Success managers;
Lead negotiations and overcome potential objections;
Keep abreast of industry trends and the evolution of Novolyze solutions;
Exceed sales targets
You’re independent and flexible, and enjoy learning as much as doing. You know how to communicate your ideas effectively, and are able to speak to a wide range of people of different backgrounds.
With your proven sales skills and tenacity, you have a desire to get things done, whatever the circumstances.
You’ll also need the following qualifications:
3-4 years’ sales experience at corporate level (software+ services is a plus)
Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC or Sandler
Exposure to industrial engineering and/or industrial data
Knowledge of B2B SaaS software sales
Familiarity with CRM tools (we use Salesforce)
Excellent language skills in English and Spanish. French language would be an asset
