About the role

Are you a dynamic and strategic sales professional with a proven track record in digital media, AdTech, and a client focus in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry? 

If so, we want you to join our growing CPG division at Ogury as a Sales Director!

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key individual contributor role where you’ll leverage your deep understanding of the AdTech landscape and established relationships to expand our footprint across the US

You’ll be at the forefront of driving both new business and the growth of existing accounts by building lasting partnerships with agencies and advertisers. Using Ogury’s cutting-edge mobile solutions, you’ll help shape the future of digital advertising in the CPG space.

In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, all while driving successful client relationships and day-to-day execution. You’ll also be a thought leader, educating clients about Ogury’s offerings and enhancing our visibility in the industry, helping to solidify our position as a leader in mobile ad solutions.

This hybrid role will be based out of our Bentonville office, where we foster a collaborative and creative work environment. We encourage team members to join us in the office at least two days a week to build stronger connections. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Director, CPG.

  • What you will be doing

  • Drive awareness and adoption of Ogury’s mobile offerings by engaging with agencies and advertisers through presentations, conferences, and direct sales efforts
  • Combine new business development and relationship management to build long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with agencies and brands to ensure the success of sales efforts and maximize deal growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize key decision-makers and their internal stakeholders, ensuring a unified approach
  • Manage client and account escalations, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • What you will bring to Ogury

  • Proven background in digital/programmatic ad sales, deep knowledge of the CPG space, and a vast network of industry contacts
  • Strategic mindset to craft and execute sales strategies, with the creativity and drive to adapt in a fast-changing, start-up environment
  • A true business consultant who connects with clients and empowers them to unlock the full potential of Ogury’s solutions
  • Eagerness to work in a dynamic, start-up culture, and readiness to effectively partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve revenue results, build relationships and contribute to expanding Ogury’s brand and footprint
