About the role

Are you a dynamic and strategic sales professional with a proven track record in digital media, AdTech, and a client focus in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry? 

If so, we want you to join our growing CPG division at Ogury as a Sales Director!

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key individual contributor role where you’ll leverage your deep understanding of the AdTech landscape and established relationships to expand our footprint across the US

You’ll be at the forefront of driving both new business and the growth of existing accounts by building lasting partnerships with agencies and advertisers. Using Ogury’s cutting-edge mobile solutions, you’ll help shape the future of digital advertising in the CPG space.

In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, all while driving successful client relationships and day-to-day execution. You’ll also be a thought leader, educating clients about Ogury’s offerings and enhancing our visibility in the industry, helping to solidify our position as a leader in mobile ad solutions.

This hybrid role will be based out of one of our Midwest office (Chicago, Minneapolis or Denver) where we foster a collaborative and creative work environment. We encourage team members to join us in the office at least two days a week to build stronger connections. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Director, CPG.

  • What you will be doing

  • Drive awareness and adoption of Ogury’s mobile solutions by actively engaging with agencies and advertisers through tailored presentations, industry events, conferences, and direct sales efforts. Effectively communicate Ogury’s value proposition to diverse audiences.
  • Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to establish long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships within the CPG and broader advertising ecosystem.
  • Partner with agencies and brands to support and optimize sales efforts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and maximizing deal potential through consultative selling and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to prioritize key decision-makers and their internal stakeholders, fostering a unified and strategic sales approach.
  • Proactively manage client and account escalations, ensuring timely resolution, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to continuously refine strategies and provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • What you will bring to Ogury

  • Proven success in digital and programmatic ad sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the CPG landscape—how brands operate, what drives their advertising decisions, and how to navigate their ecosystems.
  • Ability to develop and leverage relationships within the CPG industry, including key decision-makers and media buyers at major brands and agencies, to drive business growth.
  • A strategic, consultative sales mindset—capable of crafting and executing tailored solutions that align with client objectives, maximizing the impact of Ogury’s unique offerings.
  • Creative problem-solver with adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges proactively.
  • A trusted business consultant and relationship builder, able to deeply engage with clients to unlock the full potential of Ogury’s solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
  • A collaborative, results-driven professional who partners effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve revenue goals, expand Ogury’s presence, and elevate our brand in the CPG space.
