Why we need you

Fabriq is focusing on stabilizing and enhancing our current team while preparing for expansion into new international markets. To support this, we need a strategic HR leader who will primarily concentrate on retaining and developing our existing talent. This includes strengthening career development programs, boosting employee engagement, and implementing effective retention strategies.

Additionally, as we move forward with international expansion, your role will involve optimizing our recruitment processes to align with these growth objectives.

This position is crucial for ensuring that our HR initiatives effectively support our business goals and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

What you’ll do

In a nutshell: Lead and implement HR strategies that support Fabriq’s rapid growth and expansion.

Broadly speaking:

  • Develop and execute long-term HR strategies focused on talent development, retention, and performance management.

  • Oversee the recruitment of 10 to 15 new talents annually with efficient processes.

  • Coach and mentor the recruitment and leadership team to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with founders to create career development plans and training programs aligned with company goals.

On a day-to-day basis: As the Head of People, you can expect to:

  • Implement talent development initiatives to foster employee growth and engagement.

  • Lead retention efforts by identifying risks and implementing proactive strategies.

  • Manage employee performance through regular and constructive evaluations.

  • Develop and execute professional development and training programs.

  • Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and attract quality candidates.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to HR teams to promote development and effectiveness.

Although this is less central to your role, you will also be expected to:

  • Support other HR-related tasks as needed.

  • Participate in defining and refining company culture.

  • Contribute to strategic business decisions from an HR perspective.

Profil recherché

Your profile to make this mission a success

Primary Requirement:

  • 5 to 8 years experience as an HRBP or in a similar role with responsibilities in talent management and recruitment.

Non-Mandatory Criteria:

  • Knowledge of the Nordic and UK markets is a plus.

  • Proven project management and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong business orientation with the ability to align HR initiatives with the company’s business objectives.

  • Leadership and the ability to positively influence teams and individuals.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
