Job Description:
As Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating both service delivery and managing projects within Cow Hills. You are the linking pin between the client, service provider and Cow Hills, where you are responsible for ensuring quality and successful delivery of projects. This includes monitoring budgets and deadlines, ensuring optimal alignment between client expectations and project goals. You ensure that projects are delivered according to the agreed scope. In addition, you ensure that feedback from clients and service parties is led back to the organization for continuous improvement.
