Cow Hills Retail, a global leader in Point-of-Sale solutions, is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager who is interested in joining our team and contributing to our company's success.

At Orisha|Cow Hills, we specialise in both design and development of user friendly, intuitive Point of Sale solutions for our specific market. 

We are an agile team of 30 highly skilled and motivated employees who are all experts in their respective fields and share a huge passion for IT and are extremely proud of our collective accomplishments to date. We have one core product which we continuously develop and improve to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation whilst being able to consistently meet our customer's business requirements. We operate from our fresh and trendy offices in Maarn.

Job Description:

As Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating both service delivery and managing projects within Cow Hills. You are the linking pin between the client, service provider and Cow Hills, where you are responsible for ensuring quality and successful delivery of projects. This includes monitoring budgets and deadlines, ensuring optimal alignment between client expectations and project goals. You ensure that projects are delivered according to the agreed scope. In addition, you ensure that feedback from clients and service parties is led back to the organization for continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship management: Actively maintain and expand ustomer relationships, working proactively on customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Projectmanagement: Manage expectations, both externally with the client and internally within the organization, ensuring successful delivery of projects according to the agreed scope, timelines, budgets and aftercare
  • Commerciality: Recognize and exploit commercial opportunities with existing clients
  • Service Excellence: Ensure seamless service delivery, continuously improve our service processes and manage the performance of our own service team as well as our service partners’ services
  • Internal collaboration: Working closely with sales, product development, and support to provide integrated and efficient service delivery

Profil recherché

Thisposition is made for you if you:

  • Are strongly service orientated and have a commercial drive and customer focus
  • Have at least an HBO diploma, preferably in a technical or business administration direction
  • Are analytical and regard complex issues as a challenge
  • Have experience in a similar role within the IT or retail sector, where specific knowledge of POS systems and SaaS solutions is an advantage
  • Are a real team player but also independent and proactive
  • Are flexible and understand that retail service requires you to be occasionally available outside standard office hours
  • Are an excellent communicator, both in Dutch and English and good at bringing people together
  • Are organizationally strong, keep overview and structure
  • Are capable of assessing and prioritizing issues and escalations while ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction
