We offer unparalleled experiences to families, groups of friends, and small to large companies for their team-building and B2B events, exclusively showcasing state-of-the-art VR content.

Job Summary:

With already 6 operating venues in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, London, New-York and Atlanta, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing director to strengthen our leadership team and help us expand across the globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our branding, acquisition and repeat strategy, drive revenue, define and apply the perfect launch strategy for new venues opening. This job is a global position, overseeing Eclipso’s marketing in all countries across Europe and the US. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with the CEO to identify and capitalize on opportunities for new revenue streams through content sourcing and creation. As we primarily focused on expansion and operational excellence, there is a huge room for improvement on marketing side and a great time ahead for someone not afraid of building strategy from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Expansion and Launch:

  • Define and apply the perfect 360 marketing campaign (press, paid acquisition, OOH, influence…) to drive immediate buzz and ensure quick ramp-up for each opening and new content release.

  • Select and manage the right local partners to build strong brand recognition, from PR agency to strategic partnerships (TO, event agency…)

  • Develop and implement standardized guidelines for venue design and customer journey, ensuring consistency across all locations.

  • Support the CEO in the recruitment process of the venue General manager.

Marketing Operations & Optimization:

  • Assess current online paid strategy and split; identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency and drive lower CPA

  • Build and apply a social network strategy with frequent events, influencers collaboration and content creation.

  • Collaborate with venue General Managers to apply local marketing strategy (social network, events, influence…).

  • Oversee the online and in-store marketing operations during new contents release (online campaign, new online and in-store visual assets, PR event…).

  • Conduct regular analysis and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Strategy and Revenue Generation:

  • Work closely with the CEO to identify and evaluate opportunities for generating new revenue streams through content sourcing and creation.

  • Research industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to propose innovative strategies for product and content development.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to conceptualize and execute engaging virtual reality experiences.

  • Develop business cases and financial models to assess the feasibility and potential return on investment for new revenue-generating initiatives.

Financial Management:

  • Full responsibility of global marketing budget.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives to maximize profitability


Profil recherché

  • Bac +5 training from business school or university

  • 5 years of experience in marketing in SME, large group or start up

  • Resourceful, creative, entrepreneurial with a certain rigor and good interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in english
