Digital Marketing Executive

Within your #OneTeam
• Development and execution of digital marketing actions to reach business objectives
• Ensure our existing customers are aware of our different products
• Increase the portfolio of customers, usage of our services and drive the growth of revenue
• Work as a part of Digital Team to achieve common goals

Your main responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Management of Campaigns & Projects (50%)
• Manage our Digital Marketing activities by different channels i.e. website, manager
• Drive the business results by proper digital marketing actions
• In cooperation with external agencies as well as company’s design team, create attractive assets for different campaigns (i.e. video, content, display etc.)
• Support other Digital Marketing Team activities focused on acquisition of new customers (i.e. Paid Media campaigns, Lead Generation)
• Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate the swift execution of essential actions for successful campaign launches and ongoing optimization.
• Settlement of costs of digital marketing activities
• Reporting on the use of the marketing budget in accordance with company procedures

- Enhance Performance through Monitoring and Analysis: (20%)
• Delve into online channels and campaign performance to extract valuable insights and identify emerging trends.
• Utilize analytical findings to drive optimizations in both digital and sales performance.
• Deliver comprehensive reports to the business, accompanied by actionable insights, clear objectives, and measurable KPIs.

- Strategy and Planning (20%)
• Collaborate in crafting comprehensive digital and market strategies and develop go-to-market plans focused on the retention of the current customer base
• Effectively translate Digital Marketing strategies into detailed campaign briefs for channel marketing teams and external agencies.
- Collaboration with corporate and cluster teams (10%)
• Participate in regular team meetings, discussing ongoing activities
• Collaborate with digital marketing and other professionals in their activities (i.e. Product Marketing, Communication, Sales etc.)
• Report activities to the cluster marketing team leader

• Implementation of eCommerce strategy by leveraging multiple sales channels to maximize reach and revenue.
• Collaboration skills by successfully working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, and customer support.
• Strategic and data-driven problem-solving by identifying and addressing challenges related to eCommerce performance.

Skills required
• Digital Marketing Experience: +3 years of digital / performance marketing, ideally in B2B organizations (sectors: IT, tech, telco, fintech ideal not essential)
• Familiarity with different digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others is crucial. Good understanding of SEO principles, CRO best practices and email marketing.
• Analytical skills: strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights.
• Data-driven Decision-Making: Experience in making decisions based on data
• A/B Testing and Optimization in Digital Media channels: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to implement and analyse tests to optimize campaign performance is highly valuable.
• Content: experience in creating engaging and effective assets for campaigns.
• Understanding of Customer Journey: understanding of customer journey and how different marketing channels contribute to various stages of the funnel is essential.
• Strong Communication Skills: effective communication and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting campaign results, and sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Project Management Skills: ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Budget Management: Experience in managing advertising budgets efficiently and effectively is key. Setting budgets, allocating spend across different channels, and optimizing for the best return on investment (ROI)
• International experience not mandatory but would be a plus
