We are looking for exceptional individual Sales contributors to push forward the boundaries of our targets & value proposition adressing the top 30 global digital strategic accounts of dedicated geographic zones.
You will be in the center of a best of class organization with a dedicated global partnership team, a dedicated PreSales team, a dedicated Implementation team, a dedicated full stack operation team, RevOps capabilities & top noche growth & marketing organization.
Your responsabilities :
- Market analysis:
- Analyze payment data for multiple sources to target sales efforts, understand market dynamics, potential risks, and opportunities.
- Identify emerging markets and potential growth sectors for Payplug.
- Opportunity Identification and Evaluation:
- Identify business opportunities, with targeting based on their Payplug Performance USP fit and evaluation based on rich and varied datasets.
- Adapt sales pitch with Sales team.
- Sales strategy Development:
- Prepare and deliver key business development initiatives for Payplug.
- Contribute to market entry plans and key business partnerships growth with Product / Sales teams.
- Align with Product / Marketing / Sales teams to ensure plans delivery.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track & prepare payments KPI delivery to facilitate sales with Marketing / Sales teams.
- Monitore and analyze Payplug Enterprise sales performance with RevOps team.
- Prepare & communicate progress and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Top tier engineering or business school (double degree is a plus),
- Ideally experienced in advisory consulting or in the fintech sector,
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination,
- SQL knowledge is a plus,
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail, performance-oriented approach (KPI tracking, revenue optimization, merchant activation),
- Mandatory fluency in French AND English.

- Business Case at home and debrief with the team (60') ;
- Interview with Nicolas, Chief Sales Officer (30') ;
A reference check will be conducted at the end of the hiring process.

- Compensation: €1,100 to €1,400 depending on profile
