Your role's mission:

You will play a key role in implementing the financial strategy, optimizing business processes, and supporting high-impact decision-making. By delivering insightful financial analysis, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help scale financial operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure strong governance.

You will also contribute to strategic initiatives such as fundraising, business development, and people operations, directly impacting Pelico’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Planning, Forecasting & Strategic Business Execution: Develop financial plans, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making, model business dynamics, and optimize profitability and cash flow.
• Financial Reporting, Accounting & Operational Efficiency: Oversee financial reporting, and regulatory compliance (GAAP, IFRS), while driving operational improvements and risk mitigation.
• Business Development, Fundraising & Growth Initiatives: Support fundraising efforts, including financial planning, due diligence, and investor relations.
• Cross-Team Project Management & Process Optimization: Implement and enhance financial processes while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
• People Operations & Compensation Strategies: Align financial planning with HR initiatives, including salary raises, stock options, workforce planning, and risk mitigation for employment-related financial matters.

Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and driving decision-making.
• Proven ability to optimize financial processes and lead cross-functional projects with a hands-on approach.
• Expertise in financial reporting, accounting , and regulatory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment
  
• Approximately five years of experience in a relevant field.
• Fluent in French & English (verbal and written).
