Job Description

In a context of hyper-growth, you will orchestrate innovative campaigns and leverage the full power of tech to raise interest of target contacts across geographies on Pelico’s value proposition.

What you'll do & learn 📖

You will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to drive company growth through the ideal channel mix to increase demand generation.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to support target account demand generation and nurture existing prospects. The campaigns include email, paid social media, paid media, webinars, events and content marketing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer operations) to align demand generation strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:
    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign performance and drive decision-making.
  • CRM and automation tools:
    • Help automate marketing and sales processes via automation tools.
    • Work regularly on data enrichment and CRM segmentation improvement.
  • Events and webinars:
    • Organize physical and digital events to meet executives from key targets.
    • Manage the relationship with each event vendor (negotiation, logistics, communication).
    • Manage the event budget.

You will report to the Head of Demand Generation, and collaborate closely with Sales teams in France and US.

What you embody 🎯

  • Business or Marketing (Bac +4) degree from a Business School or Tier 1 University
  • At least 3-5 years professional experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Tech-savvy, tech is your friend and you know how to leverage it to reinforce your business impact. You enjoy using tools like Hubspot, Lemlist, Apollo, Zapier, or others that allow you to automate and to implement solutions independently.
  • You are curious, like to test new tools all the time and like to stay on top of what’s new in the ecosystem. You are interested in IA.
  • Data driven and analytical, you are comfortable with KPI tracking and numbers and creating structure
  • You have a good business sense and know where to focus to have a bigger impact
  • Entrepreneurial, you are creative and not afraid to conquer the world starting from scratch
  • High-energy, you have a strong drive and you want to learn
  • Reliable and autonomous, you are solution-oriented and pay attention to details
  • Team player, you enjoy interacting with your peers and prioritize your team's objective before your individual objectives
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
