At Pelico, our Tech Delivery Team bridges Customer Operations and Support with the rest of the company. We tackle bugs, support onboarding new customers, assist DevOps with product deployments, and ensure a smooth transition for clients adopting our SaaS platform.
As part of a small, dynamic team, your contributions will have a significant impact on how we optimize processes for Customer Operations, making client onboarding and data integration seamless.
