Your mission

-You will join our Growth Team and work collaboratively with Bastien, our first Growth Manager and François, our head of growth.

-We are looking for a talented Growth Marketer whose main mission will be to ⏬

-Maintain and improve our prospect database, including scraping, enrichment, and scoring.

-Help leverage our CRM to optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and discover new opportunities.

-Assist our event team in turning our events into a lead-generation machine

-Build internal automation tools to support sales and the marketing team.

-Structure and optimize outbound for our BDRs.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive at Pennylane in this position, you need to:

-Have at least +2 years of experience as a Growth marketer

-Have a solid experience and understanding of CRM tool (Hubspot or Salesforce)

-Have significant experience in building internal automation process

-Have a good understanding of sales issues

-To have a problem-solving mindset

-Be energized by an ever-shifting work environment

-Have good communication skills to talk with various teams

-You are fluent in French & English (level B2/C1 or equivalent)

-An experience in a fast-growing company is a plus.

-Ideally, you’re familiar with digital marketing (paid acquisition, conversion, SEO…)

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.
